		A Bit of Inspiration for the Long Climb Ahead Aah, yes. There's nothing like the Hollywood ideal of what the perfect body should be. I may never have Madonna's arms or Janet's abs, but these are the images that float through my head when I think I'm going to blow a lung and I still have three minutes of HIIT to go.



		First Linda, then Angela and now Madonna... So rumor has it she had an ab implant to get that definition. But it still motivates to make those muscles burn like the fires of Hades!						Ok, so maybe this is not the most flattering photo Ashley Judd there is, but the woman pumps some serious iron in the prison scene in "Double Jeopardy." More perfect abs...





		Hey if I looked like that, I wouldn't wear shirts long enough to cover my midriff either!						The most famous bombshell of them all...They say that Marilyn was one of the first female celebrities to pump iron.
